Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome to Raiyan Labib International. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the visa and immigration consultancy services we provide. By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. About Our Services
Raiyan Labib International is a visa and immigration consultancy. We provide guidance, document preparation support, eligibility assessment, application review, and advisory services across a range of visa categories including work, student, business, tourist, and family visas. We are an advisory and support service and are not affiliated with, or an agent of, any government or embassy. All visa applications are ultimately assessed and decided by the relevant government immigration authorities.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our website and services immediately.
3. Use of the Website
The content on our website, including text, graphics, images, tools, and information about visa requirements, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or immigration advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its security, availability, or functionality.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation for your application. Failure to disclose material information or the provision of false documents may result in the refusal of your application, legal consequences, or the withdrawal of our services. We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide, and we cannot be held responsible for refusals caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by you.
5. Fees and Payments
Our service fees are quoted following an initial assessment of your situation. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees cover our consultancy and administrative services only and do not include government visa fees, biometric fees, courier charges, translation costs, or any third-party expenses, which remain your responsibility. We will clearly communicate the nature and scope of our fees before you engage our services.
6. Refund Policy
Once you have engaged our services and work has commenced, our fees are non-refundable, except where a specific written agreement provides otherwise. If we accept your case and determine, prior to the commencement of work, that we are unable to assist you, any fees already paid will be refunded in full. Government visa fees are payable directly to the issuing authority and are refundable only in accordance with that authority's own policies. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.
7. No Guarantee of Approval
We cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any visa application. Visa decisions rest exclusively with the relevant government and immigration authorities, who assess each application on its own merits. Our service is designed to maximise your chances of success by ensuring your application is complete, accurate, and compliant, but the final decision is beyond our control. We make no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any application.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raiyan Labib International, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, travel arrangements, or expenses incurred as a result of a visa refusal or delay. Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us for that service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and software, is the property of Raiyan Labib International or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any part of our website without our prior written consent.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We treat your personal information with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information you share with us is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and is not shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver our services or where required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of these external sites. Accessing third-party links is undertaken at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies.
12. Modifications to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without liability, if you breach any part of these Terms or if we reasonably consider continued engagement inappropriate. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable, and the provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination shall continue to apply.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company operates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be sought to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
